Monarch Report Mining

These demos will show you how Monarch is the easy-to-use data access and analysis tool that can transform report output files and other data sources into live data on your PC.

• Exploring Reports with Monarch
  
  In this 512 KB, 1.5 minute demonstration, you'll see how Monarch lets you explore a report on screen, look things up, print selected pages, and copy formatted data into popular desktop applications.
• Extracting Data with Monarch
  
  In this 1MB, 5 minute demonstration, you'll discover how Monarch can easily extract data from any report. You'll learn how we start by defining something called a data extraction template that tells Monarch what data to extract from the report. You'll also see Monarch's ability to extract data from every level in the report to create a live database on your PC.
• Working with Data with Monarch
  
  In this 832 KB, 3.5 minute demonstration, you'll see how Monarch lets you sort, filter, summarize, analyze, visualize and export data extracted from any report. You'll also learn about an especially valuable feature in Monarch that lets you create additional calculated fields based on the data in your report. You'll find with Monarch you can even create new reports with data derived from the original report.
